Job Description

A reputable telecommunication company in the USA is looking for a Construction Manager:


– Make sure that company procedure are being implemented
– Follow up with the PIP with customers
– Follow up on the acceptance of the tasks
– Assign teams to tasks & assign staff with teams
– Prepare a daily plan & follow up the implementation
– Follow up on material preparation & handle material shortage
– Follow up logistic preparations for the teams (like access, transportation)
– Handle the relationship with the customers
– Follow up PO & as built (BOQ)
– Supports in resolving technical problems
– Make sure that the material used is according to customer standard
– Perform other tasks as requested by management
– Serving as an information resource by coordinating tenant’s work, participating in meetings, resolving disputes, providing ongoing feedback, and coordinating project punch list and close-out
– Providing coordination and input as needed with utility companies providing services and infrastructure for the project, including schedule and cost management


– BS Degree
– More than 3 years of related experience with Ericsson technologies
– Computer literacy: Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and Project
