Lebanese Pharmaceutical company representing multinational brands for both brand management and distribution, Looking for Medical Representatives for Beirut Area and one for Kesserwen Area.
Responsibilities:
– Manage portfolio of clients (doctors, pharmacies and others).
– Build and maintain excellent and long-term relationship with clients and create strong network with key influencers to help achieve Company goals and targets.
– Promote company products to doctors and other related clients such as private clinics and hospitals.
– Assist in designing strategies and initiatives to create competitive edge and awareness of Company brands & products.
– Follow up and communicate with clients on a daily basis.
– Prevent and manage problems with clients.
– Assist in identifying and providing solutions for problems arising in the market and with clients.
– Develop, prepare and analyze reports for gathered market information.
– Responsible to meet department goals.
– Operate within Company values, policies and procedures.
– Punctual in meeting deadlines.
– Team player, hard worker, and have ownership towards achieving company goals.
– Honest, presentable and professional in dealing with clients.
– Creative, proactive and client oriented.
Requirements:
Product knowledge, Communication skills, Interpersonal skills, Sales & Negotiation skills, Market knowledge, Time management, Planning, Ethical conduct, Problem solving, Customer focus, Self-motivation, Continuous learning.
Candidate must have a car, company will cover the transportation.
