– Offers and quotations
– Finalizing Contracts
– Follow ups with clients
– Coordination and Logistics
– PowerPoint Presentations
– 3 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant
– Excellent English communication skills
– Multitask and ready to work under pressure
– Good Knowledge in Power Point
– Fluency in English and French speaking and writing
Location: Saifi – Beirut – Lebanon
Salary Package: USD1200 and USD1500 + NSSF
Work schedule: 5 days from 8:00 a.m. till 5:30 p.m.
