Our client, a casual dining restaurant in Zouk Mosbeh is recruiting an Assistant Chef:
- Assist the kitchen manager in ensuring that all food and products are consistently prepared and served according to the restaurant’s recipes, portioning, cooking and serving standards.
- Assist the kitchen manager in supervising food preparations and cooking.
- Assist the kitchen manager in maintaining sufficient levels of food products at line stations to assure a smooth service period.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation area.
- Ensure that all equipment are kept clean and kept in excellent working condition through personal inspection and by following the restaurant’s preventative maintenance programs.
- Assist the kitchen manager in preparation of all required paperwork, including forms, reports and schedules in an organized and timely manner.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position
- Experience in International cuisine, fast food is a plus
- Strong attention to detail
- 6 days per week
- From 12pm to 12am
LBP 1,900,000 to LBP 2,400,000
