Job Description

An FMCG company in Achrafieh is looking for a Brand Manager:

Responsibilities:

– Spend at least 75% of the week in the market place and not behind the desk.
– Liaise on a daily basis with the sales team
– Devise and implement the marketing plan in agreement with top management
– Undertake the following marketing tactical activities
– Development of point of sale material and in-store marketing communications
– Oversee merchandising activities
– Implementation of marketing campaigns and event management
– Media booking follow up and updating
– Monitoring stock inventory and recording of product
– Establishment of PRD’s and MRDs for new brands, comparison between each other and highlighting major differences
– Keep abreast of competition and market through visits to customers, prospects and outlets
– Monitor review and issues reports to the top management
– Establish statistics and monitor KPI’s

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in maketing or equivalent
– Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar position
– Familiarity and skill with the tools of the tarde in marketing
– Presentation skills, persuasiveness, adaptability, innovation, good judgement
– Effective skills in oral and written communicatio
– Ability to analyze, interpret and use data in decision making
– Ability to plan, organize and prioritize
– Dynamic, sense of initiative

Working hours: Monday till Friday from 8 am till 4:30 pm
Salary: USD 1750 – USD 2000 + NSSF + Bonus
