Job Description

Drive operational efficiency by supplying relevant KPIs and analysis of operational performance data

Oversee coordination of staff schedules to ensure achievement of operational objectives

Review assess and make recommendations of processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness

Direct the efforts of IT in support of software maintenance to ensure the delivery of a proper service level to customers

Manage top priority customer issues through to resolution

Training of call center staff to ensure technical and soft skills of the customer support staff are up to date

Responsible for day to day operations and reporting of call center data

Oversee the maintenance of the facilities to ensure professional and safe work environment
