Job Description

Our client, a reputable Telecommunication company in Hazmieh is looking for a Personal Assistant for the CEO:

 

Responsibilities:
– Act as the point of contact between the CEO and internal/external parties;
– Devise/maintain office systems, including data management and filing;
– Organize, maintain diaries and make appointments, often controlling access to the CEO;
– Arrange travel, visas and accommodation, and registration in events for the CEO;
– Organize and attend board meetings, take note and prepare minutes;
– Coordinate activities with different companies;
– Collate & file CEO travel expenses;
– Screen phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handle them as appropriate;
– Meet and greet visitors at all levels of seniority;
– Remind the CEO of important tasks and deadlines;
– Deal with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of the CEO;
– Carry out research and present findings;
– Type, Compile and prepare documents, briefing papers, reports, newsletters, presentations, and correspondences in Arabic, English and French;
– Liaise with clients, suppliers and other staff;
– Organize events and conferences;
– Help in fundraising activities for an NGO, inside and outside Lebanon;
– Manage Social Media Content including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc…

 

Requirements:
– Bachelors’ Degree in Administration;
– Minimum 3 years’ experience as a PA;
– Foreign Passport is a plus;
– Social Media Experience is a major plus;
– Discretion and trustworthiness: the PA will often be party of confidential information;
– Presentable and friendly;
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office, in particular Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
– Exceptional written and oral communication skills in Arabic, English and French;
– Good organizational and time management skills;
– Ability to be proactive and take initiative;
– Attention to detail;
– Flexibility, adaptability and ability to prioritize workload and to work extra hours to meet deadlines.

 

Work schedule:
5 days per week from 8:00 am till 5:00 pm

 

Salary is negotiable
