– Preparing Lebanese and International plat du jour – authentic taste
– Assisting the head chef in preparing plat du jour as well as being able to carry out this task alone
– Well balanced meals in terms of flavors, spices, and aromas
– Ensure that the food is prepared as per the planned menu and in line with the instructions/feedback received from the superiors
– Ensure that recipe measures are being followed
– Being familiar with healthy cooking methods and binding sauces without beef or chicken stock is a plus
– Familiar with food safety
– 5 years of experience in the same role
Negotiable salary + NSSF + Transportation LBP /day
8:00 till 17:00
6 working days – Monday to Friday in Dekwaneh
Saturday/Sunday in Yarze
