An Audit and Accounting firm is looking for a Chief Accountant.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Bookkeeping/data entry
- Bank and supplier reconciliation
- Managing cash flow
- Preparing P&L and budgets
- Reviewing invoices issued by the administration
- Following up on collections
- Managing the list of clients and fees
- Calculating payroll
- Preparing and submitting income tax on profits, income tax on salaries, VAT, and NRT declarations
- Calculating payroll
- Follow up on punching and absenteeism
- Follow up on deregistration and registration of employees’ documents
- Any additional tasks related to the role that may be requested
Qualifications
- 7 to 8 years of experience in Accounting
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
- Proficient in tax knowledge (such as Payroll, VAT, CIT)
- Professional diplomas such as CMA, IFRS, etc., are a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Proficiency in Accounting and tax systems/ software
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks
- Fluent in English
