Job Description

A leading provider of organizational and individual development services in Lebanon and the MENA region is looking for a Team Coordinator:

 

Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and maintaining training equipment and facilities
  • Monitoring and evaluating team performance
  • Facilitating and supervising training sessions
  • Fulfilling other duties as assigned by the head coach
  • Building a positive team environment
  • Collect fees from coaching participants
  • Create and Print certificates for participating candidates as needed

 

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience
  • Candidates must be available beyond traditional working hours if and when required
  • Travel may be required
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in English and Arabic
  • Basic knowledge of WordPress and Photoshop is preferred
  • Coach like approach is a plus
