Our client a leading international tobacco company is looking for a Consumer Journey Manager:
Responsibilities:
- Embedding the global Consumer Journey framework by designing local consumer experiences in line with global guidelines and frameworks for different consumer segments.
- Bringing creative solutions to drive business KPIs via utilizing all online and offline available tools.
- Designing omni-channel experiences that address consumers’ needs while delivering on business objectives within budget/resource allocation requests.
- Leading and working with cross-functional project teams to orchestrate the development and flawless deployment of these experience across commercial programs, projects, and initiatives.
- Applying flexible various project management techniques depending on the complexity and scope of deliverable to achieve the desired outcome.
- Collaborating with key stakeholders across the global and regional organization throughout the year and managing the activities to achieve the expected commercial targets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing or Engineering.
- 6-10 years of experience in multicultural workspace.
- Solid understanding of data analytics, strong business, and financial acumen, alongside with consumer centric mindset.
- Strong experience in project management, proven ability to collaborate with multiple departments, to manage and influence key stakeholders internal/external are required
- Strong in driving results through people.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment while working with cross-functional teams under pressure of time and results.
- Experience in multi-product/multicategory/multi-channel business is an asset.

USD 7,000 – USD 8,000 + Transportation + NSSF + Medical Insurance
