Our client, a Cosmetics company in Saida is looking for a Cosmetics Product Developer:
Responsibilities:
- Drive the entire vision and delivery of innovative new products to keep the business relevant and competitive.
- Conduct market research to identify user need for new products.
- Prioritize product opportunities using criteria and requirements defined during research.
- Establish requirements and specifications for existing and new products.
- Clearly communicate the vision and goals of existing and new products.
- Once a product has been decided upon, the cosmetic product developer works closely with the R&D team to fine tune the formulation and figure out all the small print details.
- Work closely with both chemists and marketers to not just formulate a product but actually ensure that this product attracts and engages with target audiences by containing the right ingredients, being filled into the right packaging, and featuring the right artwork.
- Lead and participate in planning meetings and provide advice and guidance on the direction of products.
- Develop metrics to assess the success products and features and determine necessary enhancements.
- Collaborate with customers team members and outside influencers to ensure a solid and well-rounded understanding of products and developing needs.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of products solutions and company offerings.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Design, Chemistry or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience as a Cosmetics Product Manager.
- Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
- Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management.
- Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in cosmetics development.
- Creative and innovative thinking skills.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and teamwork skills.
- Organization and prioritization skills.
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with ERP System.
Work schedule:
5 days per week from 8AM am till 5:00PM

Salary:
USD 1000 – USD 1200 + Bonuses
