Job Description

Our client a Software House n Adlieh is looking for a Country Manager:

Responsibilities:

– Work closely with local and international clients to ensure the highest level of satisfaction
– interview and screen candidates in order to deliver the most qualified talent to the clients
– Support implementations efforts for SAAS Solutions in the MENA region
– Market study and setting and executing a sales and marketing strategy, using internal and external resources
– Search and identify target clients in Lebanon and in the MENA for the Software Team Augmentation services
– On board new clients and maintain sustainability
– Own the end-to-end country operations and execution including the office management/procurement and logistics management
– Be in cost savings mode so funds are utilized where the highest ROI is found
– Identify future office locations within Lebanon, and in the region to support growth plans

Requirements:
– College education in Computer Science, Marketing, HR, Business or equivalent
– 6+ years of experience in the Software & Technology industry, 2 of which in a management role
– Proven and consistent track record of multi-tasking, managing and motivating teams and contributing to the business growth and expansion of other organizations
-Excellent in English and Arabic written, verbal, presentation, communication and inter-personal skills

Salary USD 2000 – USD 3000 + incentives + NSSF
