A Luxury Fashion Retail store in Achrafieh are looking for a Customer Service Associate
1. Ensure high level of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service by proactively asking clients how they can be assisted and providing them with product information including ongoing promotions/deals.
2. Handle customer queries on the phone, email, Zendesk and Whatsapp and resolve customer service issues.
3. Provide assistance during client try-on appointments and respond to customers’ requests and concerns in a resourceful manner.
4. Answer product related and general inquiries at all times – ensure timely response across all communication channels.
5. Assist with various operational and administrative tasks and other ad hoc matters.
– 2+ years’ experience preferably in luxury eCommerce sales and customer service industry.
– Outstanding luxury selling behaviors, listening and responding to customers’ needs.
– Client centric mentality.
– High attention to detail and accuracy.
– Team player with a positive ‘can do’ attitude.
– Resourceful and problem solver.
– Computer proficient (Microsoft Suite).
– Excellent verbal and written skills.
– Self-motivated individual that holds themselves accountable and takes ownership of their work.
– Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends, evenings and key event days.
– Drives to meet and exceed sales and customers’ expectations.
– Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Working hours: 2weeks Monday till Saturday from 9 am till 6 pm
2 weeks from 11 am till 8 pm (2 weeks)
Salary up to USD 1200
