Our client a leading Clearing & Forwarding company in Beirut, is looking for Customs Clearance Officer:
Responsibilities:
- Follow up the shipment process
- Follow up all export and import shipments
- Follow up the Customs clearance with the clearing agent until delivery to warehouse
- Coordinate with main suppliers to get all needed documents to finalize shipment
- Handling invoices with clients and accounting department
- Follow up with clients and shipping line, airline and transporters
- Dealing with agents worldwide
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business
- 1 to 2 years’ experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Excellent English
