Job Description

Our client, a Cyber security service provider in the UAE is recruiting a Cyber Security Sales Manager:

 

Responsibilities:

  • Executes effectively the business plan
  • Works towards an allocated Territory Revenue quota
  • Provides accurate Sales Forecasting
  • Identifies, qualifies and closes new opportunities
  • Provides to customers specialized knowledge related to the company Security Solutions & Services portfolio
  • Develops and manages relationships with key customer executives (up to C – level)
  • Manages accounts over the entire sales, presales and post-sales process
  • Collaborates with other Lines of Business (LOBs) and leads the activities of virtual teams engaged in sales process
  • Reports to Chief Sales Officer

 

Requirements:

  • 12 years experience in the IT industry including 7 years of experience on Cyber Security
  • Proven track record of high-performing sales and territory/account development
  • Ability to understand customer’s industry and core business processes
  • Ability to assess customer’s cyber-security needs and priorities
  • Ability to manage and communicate security concepts and practices, with both business and IT stakeholders
  • Experience to act as the focal point for clients for sales and account-related issues
  • Very good technical background on security technologies will be considered as an advantage
  • Proven track record of working with cyber security services and technologies i.e. security/risk assessments, security technologies, managed security services etc.
  • Knowledge of security & risk frameworks, regulatory standards, and best practices (i.e. GDPR, PCI, ISO, HIPAA, COBIT, SOX, Data Privacy)
  • Ability to work efficiently and independently with minimal supervision (i.e. self-motivated and willing to stretch to meet important deadlines)
  • Ability to work successfully in a cross-functional team environment
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and problem solving ability
  • Excellent English skills (written and spoken).
  • Bachelor degree or higher
  • Travel will be required

 

Schedule:

  • 5 days a week
  • 9am – 6pm
