Job Description

Our client, a leading International Online Trading Company located in Dbayeh is recruiting an Executive Assistant for its CEO:

 

Responsibilities:

  • Preparing communications on behalf of the CEO
  • Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and answering phone calls
  • Managing diaries, organizing and planning meetings/appointments
  • Taking notes and writing minutes during meetings
  • Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
  • Planning, coordinating and ensuring the CEO’s schedule is followed and respected
  • Implementing, managing and maintaining databases, administrative/filing systems
  • Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
  • Collecting and filing expenses
  • Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation for the CEO
  • Reminding the CEO of important tasks and deadlines
  • Organizing the CEO’s personal commitments

 

 

Requirements:

  • 3 to 5  years’ experience as Personal Assistant
  • Bachelor’s degree in Administration or any related field
  • Expert in English, French & Arabic (Written/Spoken)
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Well-developed time management skills
  • Strong Organizational skills
  • Able to work under pressure and to multi-task
  • Outstanding Written and Verbal Communication Skills
  • Full Microsoft proficiency

 

 

Location:

Dbayeh, Lebanon

 

Schedule:

From Monday till Friday, 9AM till 6PM

 

Salary:

Between USD 600 and USD 800
