A Hotel in Sierra Leone is recruiting an Executive Chef with 4 years of relevant Experience
– Create new Menus
– Create higher Sales
– To manage and handle different outlets like: breakfast, lunch , dinner, functions and banquets.
– 4 years of Experience as Executive chef
– Previous work in Hotels is a must
– Specialized in Continental and Oriental Cuisine
– Knowledge in Pastry (Recipes)
– Knowledge in Chinese, and different cuisines is a plus
– Fluency in English
Location: Sierra Leon – Africa
– Salary Package: USD4000 and USD4500 + Social Security + Medical Insurance + Bonus
– Accommodation + Car Allowance + Round Trip Ticket
– Working Hours: 6 days per week – 9hrs per day (variable time).
