Our client is a fashion company specializing in the design, production, and wholesale distribution of evening dresses. They are seeking a high-performing Wholesale Sales Representative to manage and grow their B2B client base, with a strong focus on online sales, wholesale account management, and business development within the fashion industry.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain daily communication with wholesale partners, boutiques, and fashion retailers
  • Showcase new collections and recommend suitable product assortments based on client needs
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects and existing clients to secure and finalize orders
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with wholesale buyers and key accounts
  • Generate sales growth through active prospecting and outbound business development efforts
  • Identify and approach potential new wholesale clients in target markets to expand the customer base
  • Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer demand to support sales strategy and product positioning
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in wholesale sales or online B2B sales within the fashion industry is essential
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and client relationship management skills
  • Ability to manage the full sales cycle remotely, confidently handling international clients across different time zones
  • Strong background in evening wear, bridal fashion, formalwear, or luxury apparel
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively
  • Skilled in negotiating, closing deals, and maintaining long-term business partnerships
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment with sales targets and KPIs
  • Retail-only backgrounds are not suitable for this role; must have experience in wholesale or online client management
  • Strong ownership, persistence in follow-ups, and the ability to turn client interactions into successful sales opportunities.
