Our client is a fashion company specializing in the design, production, and wholesale distribution of evening dresses. They are seeking a high-performing Wholesale Sales Representative to manage and grow their B2B client base, with a strong focus on online sales, wholesale account management, and business development within the fashion industry.
Responsibilities
- Maintain daily communication with wholesale partners, boutiques, and fashion retailers
- Showcase new collections and recommend suitable product assortments based on client needs
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects and existing clients to secure and finalize orders
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with wholesale buyers and key accounts
- Generate sales growth through active prospecting and outbound business development efforts
- Identify and approach potential new wholesale clients in target markets to expand the customer base
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer demand to support sales strategy and product positioning
Qualifications
- Previous experience in wholesale sales or online B2B sales within the fashion industry is essential
- Excellent verbal and written communication and client relationship management skills
- Ability to manage the full sales cycle remotely, confidently handling international clients across different time zones
- Strong background in evening wear, bridal fashion, formalwear, or luxury apparel
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively
- Skilled in negotiating, closing deals, and maintaining long-term business partnerships
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment with sales targets and KPIs
- Retail-only backgrounds are not suitable for this role; must have experience in wholesale or online client management
- Strong ownership, persistence in follow-ups, and the ability to turn client interactions into successful sales opportunities.
