Our Client an experienced Food manufacturer in Lebanon is looking for an HR Executive:
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the strategy development of the company and propose HR Strategy and objectives in line with the company goals
- Continuously review the work structure to be in line with company needs
- Conduct job analysis and evaluation and update the JDs accordingly
- Develop HR manpower planning with line managers by considering immediate and long-term staff requirements
- Recruit, interview, test, and select employees to fill vacant positions
- Develop, implement and update salary scale
- Analyze training needs in conjunction with line managers
- Develop and implement training plans and programs to achieve high levels of performance
- Develop, implement and monitor employee performance review program
- Prepare and follow-up HR Department budget
- Prepares employee separation notices and related documentation, and conducts exit interviews to determine reasons behind separations
- Provide current and prospective employees with information about HR policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, and opportunities for promotion and employee benefits
- Develop and implement Policies & procedures of HR Department
- Investigate and report on industrial accidents for insurance carriers
- Control time cards for workers and employees attendance regarding absence, annual leave, sick leave and others
- Fill the necessary paperwork concerning new employment, termination or End of Service Indemnity in line with National Social security Fund (NSSF), Ministry of Finance and Lebanese Labor Law requirements
- Prepare employees’ salaries and arrange payments through bank transfer or cash payment
- Prepare Monthly and Yearly NSSF declarations and payments
- Prepare quarter and annual Ministry of Finance declarations and payments
- File and archive employees data
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR (Master in HR is a plus)
- Minimum 3 – 5 years’ experience in related field
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of Arabic and English language
- Knowledge of laws, legal codes and government regulations
- Knowledge of human behavior
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of NSSF laws
Work schedule:
5 days per week from 8:00 am till 5:00 pm
Salary:
USD 1,800 – USD 2,200 (60% Bank transfer or cash as per bank rate and 40% at rate $1 = LBP 1516)
