One of the most reputable Insurance Companies in Lebanon is recruiting an HR Generalist with previous experience in Human Resources.
– Identify recruitment needs
– Work closely with the hiring managers to analyse requirements
– Source, attract, screen, and shortlist candidates
– Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ knowledge, skills, and abilities
– Onboard new recruits
– Conduct Performance Appraisals and follow-up on development plans
– Assist with all other HR functions as needed (e.g., succession planning, etc.)
– Minimum BA/BS from a reputable university
– Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant HR experience in recruitment
– Excellent command of the English language (Written and spoken)
– Strong knowledge in Excel and use of systems
Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm.
