Our client is a financial services provider headquartered in the United Arab Emirates, specializing in online trading services, particularly in Forex, with an established operational presence in Matn. The candidate will be responsible for executing and optimising customer communications across the full customer lifecycle. This includes managing automated campaigns across multiple channels such as Email, WhatsApp, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messaging. The role requires close collaboration with the MarTech team to deliver scalable and data-driven communication strategies using platforms like Braze, Customer.io, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, and similar tools. The candidate will also support customer journey optimisation by improving engagement, communication flows, and overall customer experience across different touchpoints.

Responsibilities

Campaign & Customer Journey Execution

  • Build, launch, and manage automated campaigns across Email, WhatsApp, SMS, push notifications (web & mobile), and in-app messaging.
  • Execute and maintain customer lifecycle journeys across different stages.
  • Ensure campaigns are accurately triggered based on customer behaviour, segmentation, and event-based logic.

Lifecycle Optimisation

  • Support and optimise customer journeys including onboarding, activation, engagement, and retention initiatives.
  • Identify gaps in communication flows and recommend improvements.
  • Optimise timing, sequencing, and channel mix across customer touchpoints.

Channel Management

  • Manage day-to-day communication operations across all messaging channels.
  • Ensure campaigns are properly tested, scheduled, monitored, and delivered successfully.
  • Maintain high execution quality and operational efficiency. 

Data & MarTech Support

  • Work with customer data, segmentation models, and behavioural events.
  • Support integrations between CRM systems, APIs, and data sources.
  • Validate campaign triggers and assist in troubleshooting automation or communication issues.

Performance & Efficiency

  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics including open rates, CTRs, and engagement levels.
  • Improve execution speed and minimise manual processes through automation.
  • Contribute to enhancing communication scalability and operational efficiency. 
Qualifications & Experience

Experience

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Marketing Automation, CRM, or Lifecycle Marketing.
  • Previous experience within fintech, trading, or regulated industries is highly preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with platforms such as Customer.io, Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Insider, HubSpot, Marketo, Iterable, or similar tools.

Technical Knowledge

  • Experience with customer segmentation and event-driven campaign logic.
  • Basic understanding of APIs and webhooks.
  • Basic knowledge of MySQL or equivalent querying tools.
  • Familiarity with mobile attribution platforms such as Adjust or AppsFlyer.
  • Basic understanding of SKAdNetwork and mobile attribution frameworks.
