Job Description

Our client, a prestigious retail store, located in the Metn Area, is recruiting a Luxury Boutique Manager:



  • Coordinating and supervising the everyday functions of the boutique.
  • Making sure that the general operations of the boutique are executed in an efficient way.
  • Developing project plans and organizing own and staff’s workload on a weekly time scale.
  • Managing the regular activities of the staff employees.
  • Motivating and Sustaining a professional harmony among the staff members.
  • Maintaining customer satisfaction for every service supplied by the boutique to the consumers.
  • Ensuring that the monthly sales targets and other business objectives are reached and maintained.
  • Present the company’s products/services to potential buyers.
  • Following up with existing clients and acquiring new ones through networking and lead research.
  • Creating and maintaining mutually beneficial relationships with clients.
  • Ensuring the correct implementation of company’s procedures regarding advertising, promotions, marketing and merchandising as well as an   active  coordination and enforcement of PR and advertising initiatives, so as to increase the number of customers entering the boutique.
  • Monitoring passengers’ trends and requests to update the company’s offer to the guests’ demand.
  • Interpreting sales data to plan and implement actions to enhance any revenue-generating opportunity.
  • Documenting and delivering sales reports.
  • Ensuring constant stock control through adherence to established protocols and develop additional loss-prevention protocols where needed.
  • Managing, training and developing the shops’ team to maximize results and meet the company’s standards of quality and targets.



  • At least 3 to 5 years’ experience as a Shop/Store Manager.
  • Familiar with the stock audit inventory system.
  • Familiar with the Omega software.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business administration or relevant field.
  • Well-developed time management skills.
  • Strong Organizational skills and Leadership abilities.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Outstanding Written and Verbal Communication Skills in order to communicate tactfully with guests, employees and vendors to resolve problems and negotiate resolutions.



  • Monday till Friday: two shifts (9 AM-6 PM/ 1 PM-10 PM).
  • Working two Saturdays a month.
  • Sundays OFF.
