Job Description

Our client, a multinational company in different domains ranging from VoIP telecommunications to Automation, Clothing, Food and Beverage, and e-commerce, is looking for a Social Media and Marketing Coordinator:

 

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research to analyze customers’ behavior (habits, trends, preferences…)
  • Create and implement marketing campaigns and strategies
  • Manage print contractors and other promotional vendors
  • Create engaging text, image and video content for Social Media
  • Create printable marketing material
  • Assist in the website frontend and backend update and management
  • Measure website traffic
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in all social platforms ensuring maximum effectiveness
  • Facilitate online conversations with audience and respond to queries
  • Report on online reviews and feedback from customers and fans
  • Develop an optimal posting schedule, considering web traffic and customer engagement metrics
  • Suggest new ways to attract prospective target, like promotions and competitions
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information

 

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Social Media / Marketing coordinator
  • Expertise in multiple social media platforms
  • Knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
  • Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
  • Experience in Graphic design (Photoshop and Illustrator)
  • Familiarity with online marketing strategies and marketing channels
  • Ability to gasp future trends in digital technologies and act proactively
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Multitasking and analytical skills
  • BS degree in Marketing or relevant field
