A Shipping & Forwarding company is looking for an Operations Clerk to join the Operations Department:
Responsibilities:
- Keeping track on daily shipment and maintaining records of incoming and outgoing shipments
- Follow-up with clients on orders
- Maintain a high level of customer service
- Preparing bills or invoices for payment based on shipping records
- Receiving incoming phone calls from customers who have questions about their orders or shipping status
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of office experience in an operations or logistics role
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational skills and multitasking ability
- Experience on Najem Software
Location: Sodeco – Beirut
Schedule: Mon – Fri from 8:00 till 17:00
Salary: USD 800
