Our client, an Amusement Park located in Iraq is recruiting an Operations Manager/Amusement Park.
– Develop and build the Operations side of the park from the ground up in preparation to open including but not limited to recruitment, documentation, training and planning
– Manage rides and attractions
– Plan and implement strategies to achieve constant improvements in visitors and employees’ satisfaction.
– Oversee the effective application of health and safety regulations and risk assessment to ensure a safe environment for park employees and the public
– Deal with human resources and personnel
– Be involved in all areas of the park, including rides, retail and food and beverage
– BA in business management, hospitality or equivalent.
– Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in operations
– Experience in amusement parks
– Good communication skills
– Strong communication skills in English and Arabic
– 6 days a week
– From 8 a.m. till 5 p.m.
