Our client is a financial services provider headquartered in the United Arab Emirates, specializing in online trading services, particularly in Forex, with an established operational presence in Matn, is seeking a Paid Search Specialist to manage and optimise acquisition campaigns across Google Ads and app-focused platforms.
Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and continuously optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads to maximize performance and ROI.
- Structure and manage campaigns effectively, including keyword research, keyword expansion, and implementation of match type strategies such as exact, phrase, and broad match.
- Conduct ongoing search term reviews and implement negative keyword strategies to improve targeting accuracy and campaign efficiency.
- Optimize campaigns with a focus on high-quality conversions and cost-per-acquisition (CPA) performance, while enhancing overall traffic quality.
- Collaborate with tracking and analytics teams to ensure accurate conversion tracking through Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4.
- Support the implementation and validation of offline conversion tracking using CRM and backend performance data.
- Align paid search performance with business-critical KPIs, including verified users, customer acquisition quality, and deposit activity.
- Monitor, analyze, and interpret campaign performance data to deliver actionable insights and data- driven recommendations.
- Identify key performance drivers across keywords, search queries, devices, audience segments, and geographic regions.
- Partner with creative, product, and technical teams to identify conversion barriers and recommend improvements in user experience, messaging, and landing page performance.
- Ensure all campaigns comply with advertising policies and industry regulations, particularly within regulated financial advertising environments.
- Manage account health proactively by resolving ad disapprovals, addressing compliance issues, and maintaining platform best practices.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing campaigns on Google Ads.
- Experience with App Campaigns and/or Apple Search Ads.
- Strong knowledge of conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4, as well as campaign optimisation and structure.
- Experience in budget management, performance optimisation, and keyword targeting strategies.
- Familiarity with fintech or other regulated industries such as finance, banking, or trading.
- Knowledge of mobile measurement platforms such as Adjust or AppsFlyer is an advantage.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Experience using keyword research tools such as SEMrush or Ahrefs.
- Familiarity with landing page platforms like Unbounce or Elementor.
- Previous experience targeting GCC markets is preferred.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with excellent time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Effective project coordination skills with the ability to manage tasks from planning through execution.
