Our client is a financial services provider headquartered in the United Arab Emirates, specializing in online trading services, particularly in Forex, with an established operational presence in Matn, is seeking a Paid Social Specialist to manage and optimize acquisition campaigns across major social media advertising platforms.
Responsibilities
- Develop, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, X, and other relevant digital advertising channels.
- Take ownership of campaign execution by managing campaign structures, monitoring budgets, and continuously optimizing performance to improve efficiency and ROI.
- Lead the creative direction for paid social campaigns by developing messaging angles, ad concepts, and engagement hooks tailored for short attention spans and high-impact “micro- moment” interactions.
- Work closely with creative teams to brief, review, and refine ad creatives based on campaign performance and audience behavior.
- Manage and optimize campaigns across the full customer funnel, from awareness and engagement to conversion and retention.
- Focus campaign optimization efforts on generating high-quality, conversion-driven results rather than volume-based metrics alone.
- Collaborate with tracking and analytics teams to validate platform tracking through pixels and mobile measurement tools, while aligning campaign performance with backend business KPIs.
- Utilize mobile attribution and measurement platform data, such as Adjust, to improve campaign accuracy and reporting.
- Analyze campaign results and provide actionable recommendations by identifying top-performing creatives, audiences, placements, and campaign structures.
- Monitor performance trends, detect creative fatigue or declining engagement, and implement data- driven optimization strategies to sustain campaign effectiveness.
- Coordinate with Sales and IT teams to enhance lead quality, improve conversion journeys, and strengthen overall acquisition performance.
- Ensure compliance with advertising policies and financial industry regulations by proactively managing ad approvals, resolving disapprovals, and maintaining strong account health across platforms.
Qualifications & Skills
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in paid social media buying and performance marketing.
- Proven track record managing campaigns across multiple platforms, including Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and similar channels.
- Strong experience in creative strategy, including ad testing, performance optimization, campaign structuring, and scaling.
- Hands-on experience managing full-funnel campaigns, from awareness and engagement through to conversion.
- Strong understanding of tracking systems, including Pixel implementation, Conversion APIs, and mobile attribution using MMPs such as Adjust or AppsFlyer.
- Exposure to fintech or other regulated industries such as finance, banking, or trading.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and turn it into actionable performance improvements.
- Deep understanding of user behavior, engagement patterns, and attention dynamics across social media platforms.
- Experience targeting GCC markets.
- Familiarity with landing page optimization and conversion rate improvement.
- Experience working with CRM-based retargeting and audience segmentation strategies.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong project coordination abilities with the capacity to manage tasks from planning through execution and delivery.
