Job Description

A Multinational Business Consultancy company looking for a Partner Operations Coordinator :


Primary duties and responsibilities

Partner operations:

• Initiate and handle partner relocation process through liaising with all needed stakeholders (Partners, external vendors, Operations team, Cross LoS teams)
• Record and closely track partner relocation expenses and budget
• Support Partner residency process in close coordination with the Operations team
• Provide operational support to Partner onboarding and induction
• Consolidate induction feedback and communicate findings to the relevant stakeholders
• Support Partner insurance renewal discussions, partner additions and deletions to insurance, and other issues related to Partner insurance
• Provide operational support to Partner meetings, events, gatherings, etc.
• Track actual versus budget for all Partner related charges (Partner meetings, Partner events, etc.)
• Support Partner labor contracts in coordination with the Employee Affairs team
• Provide operational support to Partner offboarding

Partner records

• Maintain Partner Microsite (internal portal for Partner reports and reference documents) and update it on a periodic basis
• Maintain Partner employment records and filing system on google drive
• Verify and confirm accuracy of Partner data across several reportings and systems
• Own and update all Partner related records; Partner attrition file, Partner residencies file and other Partner related Databases

Other support

• Serve as integral part of the team (assume project responsibilities, attend team calls, provide reciprocal vacation coverage)
• Proactively participate in broader team improvement initiatives
• Support in ad-hoc assignments

Knowledge, skills, and abilities

• University Degree in Accounting or Finance
• 1 or 2 years of relevant experience
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Service-oriented attitude, information seeker and team player
• Strong knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and G-suite
• Ability to interact efficiently with firm members across time zones
• Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze figures
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Excellent follow through

Salary :

Between USD 1300 and USD 1600.
