Our client, a leading facility services company in Lebanon is recruiting a Payroll Officer:
- Preparing employee compensation checks using payroll software.
- Maintains payroll processing system and records by gathering, calculating, and inputting data
- Preparing payroll reports.
- Collecting daily, weekly, and monthly employee time sheets.
- Calculating employee benefits and deductions.
- Supporting internal and external inquiries and requests related to the HR department
- Overseeing HR events and meetings and coordinating management-employee communication.
- Responsible of all HR Operations
- Previous experience working as a Payroll Officer.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a similar field.
- Knowledge in Lebanese labor law and NSSF regulations.
- Ability to handle confidential information.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
