Job Description

Our client, a leading facility services company in Lebanon is recruiting a Payroll Officer:

 

Responsibilities:

  • Preparing employee compensation checks using payroll software.
  • Maintains payroll processing system and records by gathering, calculating, and inputting data
  • Preparing payroll reports.
  • Collecting daily, weekly, and monthly employee time sheets.
  • Calculating employee benefits and deductions.
  • Supporting internal and external inquiries and requests related to the HR department
  • Overseeing HR events and meetings and coordinating management-employee communication.
  • Responsible of all HR Operations

 

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working as a Payroll Officer.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a similar field.
  • Knowledge in Lebanese labor law and NSSF regulations.
  • Ability to handle confidential information.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
