Job Description

Our client, one of the distinguished higher education institutions in Baghdad is recruiting a Personal Assistant to CEO:

 

Responsibilities:

  • Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager/executive
  • Organizing events and conferences
  • Providing higher management with annual and long-term budgets
  • Planning, coordinating and ensuring the CEO’s schedule is followed and respected
  • Providing a bridge for smooth communication between the President’s office and internal departments demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust and support with senior management staff

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration
  • 1 to 2 years’ experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Outstanding Written and Verbal Communication Skills
  • Excellent Organizational and Leadership abilities
  • Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently
  • Excellent English

Salary:

USD 2,000 – USD 2,500 + Accommodation + Transportation
