Our client, a leading regional law firm, is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Managing Partner. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring smooth daily operations, providing high-level administrative support, and assisting with basic accounting tasks. This role requires strong multitasking abilities, discretion, and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage the Managing Partner’s calendar, including scheduling meetings and coordinating across multiple time zones
- Organize travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics
- Act as the primary point of contact between the Managing Partner and internal/external stakeholders
- Handle correspondence with professionalism, accuracy, and confidentiality
- Prepare meeting agendas and relevant documentation
- Attend meetings, take minutes, and ensure proper follow-up on action points
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure alignment with business objectives
- Issue invoices and manage billing processes
- Follow up on collections and outstanding payments
- Maintain organized accounting records and documentation
- Prepare and update accounting data in Excel for submission to the accounting department
- Ensure accuracy and timely tracking of financial transactions
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
- 4–6 years of experience in an Executive Assistant or similar role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Fluency in English and Arabic is required; French is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
