Job Description

Our client a renowned IT Solutions company in Beirut is recruiting a Product Consultant:

 

Responsibilities:

-Possessing extensive knowledge of the software/ product
-Performing demonstrations for both prospective and existing clients as needed
-Identifying and resolving gaps in a timely manner and developing alternative solutions as per the client’s needs
-Implementing & setting up product/ software
-Testing and troubleshooting programs by utilizing the appropriate hardware, database, and programming technology
-Coordinating and linking between the client’s team and the company’s technical team
-Consulting with clients by telephone or in person to provide technical information about products/ software and obtain details of complaints to improve service
-Holding regular assessments, discussions and meeting with clients
-Delivering individual and group training on the solution to clients
-Developing product referenced document and product courseware for clients; and ensuring the continuous updates
– Ensuring training materials are fully compliant and appropriately updated and distributed
-Mapping of client requirements onto applications set; proposing multiple scenarios and solutions to best fit the situation
-Identifying enhancements to current features , functionality and product initiatives
-Dealing with frequent change, delays, and unexpected events
-Sorting out day-to-day queries of end users.
-Developing product referenced document and product courseware for clients
-Working closely with development team for data migration, interfaces, integrations, forms, and reports
-Creating and maintaining FAQ database
-Keeping records of client interactions, recording and soliciting details of inquiries, and comments
-Supporting sales team with RFP preparations
-Submitting accurate time sheets to direct manager

Qualifications:

-5+ years of professional experience in a customer facing position (system integrator or vendor).
-Hands on experience on NSX-V and NSX-T with migration skills
-Hands on experience with VMware vSphere with Migration skills from VMware and Non VMware environment to VMware.
-Experience in Cisco ACI with Migration skills from traditional to SDN.
-Datacenter solution Architecture experience and ability to deliver Demos and Technical POCs to customers

Technical Certifications:

-VCP-DCV and VCP-NV are a necessity, VCAP-NV or VCIX-NV would be an added value.
-CCNP-DC is a necessity, CCIE-DC would be considered a plus.
