A consumer banking is looking for a Relationship Manager:
Responsibilities:
• Manage the daily interactions with clients and provide superior client service to improve clients’ experiences and maximizes the bank’s profitability
• Monitor and control consumer portfolios to achieve desired quality through cross sell, upsell and retention
• Deliver the financial target as agreed with the business whilst adhering to the required standards, policies and procedures
• Assist in coordinating service provisions with others in order to ensure efficient turnaround of transactions and that clients’ enquiries and documentation needs are met in a timely manner
• Organize and supervise the activities and work of the team to ensure that targets and objectives are achieved and the business plan is delivered in line with the required policies, processes, procedures and systems
• Implement approved departmental policies, processes and procedures, and ensure employee adherence so that work is carried out to the required standard while delivering the required standards of service to customers and stakeholders
• Manage and motivate the team to ensure they contribute to, and participate in, the identification and implementation of change initiatives, programmers and projects in line with the bank’s standards
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business administration or any related field.
• At least 3 years of relationship management experience
• Strong knowledge in banking operations
• Computer skills: Proficient in office (Excel/ Word/PPT)
• Excellent command of English, Arabic and French
• Strong analytical and time management skills

USD 5700 – USD 7300 + Medical Insurance
