Job Description

A Digital Media company located in Beirut is recruiting a Remote CRM Expert:

 

Responsibilities:

  • Implement communication within the Customer Relationship Management system
  • Responsible for implementing multiple communication campaigns within the CRM including: Ad hoc and event related communication and Workflows associated with sequential communications
  •  Creating marketing lists (utilizing the CRM to select the correct audiences)
  • Troubleshooting related issues as they arise
  • Implementing updates and testing when the CRM activates its quarterly updates
  • Maintaining administration of email service provider (ESP)
  • Responsible for the continued and effective working of the ESP
  • Monitoring sends for errors or disruptions
  • Maintaining consistent knowledge of CRM and ESP updates and ensuring/testing that our marketing structures and processes will be effective after the updates are enacted
  • Using HTM/CSS to build emails containing pre-delivered marketing messaging
  •  Working with the marketing managers to produce communication within the CRM
  • Responsible for the effective and accurate production of letters and labels through the CRM
  • Managing the document files that produce printed letters and their organization and storage within the CRM solution
  •  Managing the distribution of these documents to the appropriate target audience on the correct printed medium
  • Responsible for understanding general admissions recruiting marketing and operations processes and assisting marketing managers in ensuring that the activated communication solution best meets the specific marketing need
  • Responsible for working with the Senior CRM and communication specialist to regularly assess the effectiveness of email marketing through the evaluation of email marketing analytics
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor

 

Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience in CRM
  • English and Arabic proficiency

Work Schedule:

  • 5 days a week
  • From 9am to 6pm

 

Salary:

  • Negotiable
