Job Description

Remote Job: Our Client, a Residency through real estate investment company in Portugual is recruiting Freelance Sales Executives based in Lebanon:

 

Duties & Responsibilities:
– Execute on the company’s sales strategy of identifying and competing for offering Second Residency and Citizenship solutions opportunities by International Real Estate investment in Lebanon and greater Middle East Region;
– Develop and implement effective business strategies and go-to-market programs;
– Research and develop potentials for new business opportunities by identifying and meeting with potential clients, developing and making financial proposals, and following up through the close of transactions;
– Generate new business by leveraging existing relationships as well as identifying and creating new relationships;
– Frequent face to face meetings, call campaigns , lead generation, attending networking events , and proposing company suitable local marketing initiatives for lead generation;
– Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards;
– Contributes to team effort by accomplishing assigned sales results;
– Provide accurate and timely forecasts as well as reports and information on the performance and progress of the portfolio, to company management;
– Ensure lead/opportunity information is kept up-to-date in shared-folder.

 

Skills & Requirements:
– Bachelor’s or master’s degree with a concentration in marketing, promotions, advertising sales, or business administration preferred;
– At least five (5) years of Investment sales experience , preferably in Wealth Management, Private Banking , Corporate Banking or similar;
– Consolidated and wide HNWI customer portfolio;
– Excellent Communications in English and Arabic;
– Negotiation skills;
– Presentation skills;
– Entrepreneurial spirit to think creative for driving results;
– Network building and ambassador influence.

 

Salary:
Commission based between 4% and 7% of the property value paid in Fresh US Dollars
Monthly allowances up to 700 Fresh US Dollars
