Job Description

Our client, a casual dining restaurant in Kesrouane is recruiting a Branch Manager:



  • Communicate with employees, listen to their requests, respond with appropriate actions and provide accurate information
  • Inspect the facility and kitchen areas to visually monitor and take action to ensure food quality and service standards are met
  • Provide general and clear directions for the staff regarding cleaning, hygiene, organization, and work techniques
  • Plan Staff schedule and make sure all shifts are covered
  • Review Cashier register at the end of each shift
  • Greet customers and maintain high customer service standard
  • Resolve customer service issues
  • Check stock levels of soft drinks and table condiments and order supplies as necessary
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety procedures
  • Oversee building maintenance, cleanliness and security
  • Report any accident/incident that may compromise food safety
  • Ensure all daily and monthly reports are detailed and submitted in a timely matter
  • Create a positive team atmosphere among Team Members.
  • Follow-up with the delivery supervisor on all issues related to items’ delivery
  • Takes actions according to customer complaints and feedback as well as mystery shopping and food safety inspection reports
  • Prevent waste in the kitchen
  • Ensure timely attendance and accurate reporting
  • Check attendance of staff and their grooming
  • Is accountable for achievement of relevant objectives and KPI’s
  • Ensure proper updating of health certificates
  • Adheres to confidentiality and does not disclose work-related information to outside parties
  • Conduct final interviews with applicants and authorized to select candidates
  • Authorized to fire employees who breach the company’s rules
  • Authorized to promote branch employees based on their performance evaluation
  • Authorized to accept / reject leave requests for branch employees
  • Authorized to issue a purchase order
  • Authorized to reject received materials
  • Authorized in coordination with the CEO to disapprove a supplier based on the yearly evaluation



  • University degree in hospitality, management or equivalent
  • 5 years of experience in the restaurant industry
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
  • Capable of delegating multiple tasks
  • Excellent Leadership Skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent Problem solving and team work skills
