Job Description

Our Client an experienced Food manufacturer in Lebanon is looking for an Export Sales- Food Production:

 

Responsibilities:
– Connect with customers and carry out survey when needed
– Handle orders by telephone, e-mail
– Handle all complain immediately and ensure that both company and customer are getting their fair value
– Issue PI’s as per sales team guidance
– Follow-up with clients to confirm orders and delivery dates
– Receive and respond to clients inquiries on account balances, transaction details, statements and fees
– Follow up with clients for payments on a weekly basis based on Overdue report
– Deal with customers complaints while keeping Regional Sales Manager and Commercial Advisors aware
– Coordinate with Quality Assurance, Operation and logistics Departments in order to ensure that products are ready and are up to customer expectations before delivery
– Update client database on a monthly basis
– Update sales report upon loading and issue sales report on a monthly basis
– Update sales forecast report on a Monthly basis
– Travel arrangements, follow-up visa requirements
– Issue all needed Logistics documents
– Make sure all needed documents are correct and received on time to avoid any kind of clearance delays or demurrage
– Make sure all orders are delivered on time and at best cost and as per delivery schedule.
– Other duties as assigned

 

Requirements:
– Bachelor degree or equivalent in Business Administration or any related field
– Excellent written & Spoken skills in English, French and Arabic
– Good interpersonal and communication skills
– Knowledge of Microsoft office
– Demonstrate respect and business ethics
– Excellent Organizational, Time and Stress Management skills
– Ability to travel frequently

 

Work schedule:
5 days per week from 8 am – 5 pm

 

Salary negotiable
