Our client is a well-established industrial company operating across multiple manufacturing sectors, including paints, plastics, detergents, air conditioning systems, and refrigeration. They are seeking a Senior Accountant with solid experience in industrial and manufacturing environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on exposure to production accounting, costing, and raw material management, and will be capable of independently handling the full accounting cycle.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full accounting cycle independently
- Maintain and oversee the General Ledger (GL)
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records
- Prepare and submit VAT declarations in compliance with local regulations
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports
- Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure proper documentation
- Monitor and analyze costing, production costs, and raw materials consumption
- Support management with financial insights and reporting
Qualifications
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in accounting
- Strong background in industrial/manufacturing environments
- Experience with cost accounting, production, and raw materials
- Proven ability to manage accounting operations independently
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting and compliance
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
