Job Description

Our client, a technological solutions provider in Baabda is recruiting a Software Support:

 

Responsibilities:

  • Support end user Business Applications on all levels
  • Web/Windows Backend application
  • Database Level
  • Mobile Level, Android/IOS
  • Synchronization APIs
  • Remote Access to Devices using tools like Soti
  • Ensured reported issues were resolved more quickly by documenting and tracking application issues, using Agile Methodology, as well as by participating in scrum meetings, which assisted with prioritization of issues.
  • Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications including IIS, Firewall
  • Connect from windows to any type of devices (Windows Mobile or Android Devices)
  • Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware
  • Experience with Installing and configuring Microsoft SQL Server or Postgres
  • Familiar with creating Complex DB Queries, procedure and functions
  • Experience with Performance Databases Tuning and Optimization, using native monitoring and troubleshooting tools
  • Experience with creating maintenance plan in Databases (backups, restores and recovery models)
  • SSIS and SSRS Knowledge
  • respond within agreed time limits to call-outs
  • rapidly establish a good working relationship with customers and other professionals, such as software developers

 

Requirements:

  •  1 to 5 years’ experience
  • Business Development Experience
  • Bachelor Degree
  • Ability to learn new skills quickly with little supervision
  • Good Business Knowledge
  • Good Knowledge in ERP
  • Good multi-tasking skills
  • Problem solving skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Patience and understanding
  • Excellent listening and questioning skills, combined with the ability to interact confidently with clients to establish what the problem is and explain the solution
  • Attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills in both English and French

 

Work Schedule:

  • 5 days per week
  • From 8:30 am till 5:30 pm

(The job will also include shifts on the weekend and one day Off instead of the weekend shift )

 

Salary:

Between USD 800$ and USD 1,500 + NSSF + BONUS
