Our client is a leading international insurance and risk-management group with a strong presence across Africa, the Middle East, and Europe. The company specializes in corporate health, life, and protection solutions, supporting multinational clients through regional offices and specialized teams. They are seeking a Talent Management professional to drive regional talent initiatives, strengthen employee development, and align workforce strategies with business objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Lead regional succession planning, including talent reviews, calibration sessions, and creation of Individual Development Plans (IDPs) for successors of key roles.

  • Strategically manage career pathing frameworks, including job leveling and progression criteria, to support internal mobility and leadership pipeline development.

  • Maintain and optimize organizational structures through updated org charts and role definitions aligned with business transformation.

  • Design and oversee the regional performance management framework, including appraisal cycles, 360° feedback, KPI alignment, and mid-year reviews.

  • Analyze performance and feedback data to identify trends, capability gaps, and opportunities for organizational development.

  • Build leadership capability by equipping managers with tools and training for effective coaching, feedback, and performance conversations.

  • Lead the implementation and optimization of digital tools and platforms for performance, feedback, and learning.

  • Drive performance improvement strategies for talent segments requiring targeted development.

  • Develop and implement regional engagement strategies, including pulse surveys and culture initiatives, to enhance employee experience and retention.

  • Oversee onboarding strategy and content for a consistent new hire experience across the region.

  • Govern regional training strategy, managing internal and external programs through digital learning platforms.

  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to performance, learning, and succession across jurisdictions.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s or HR certification is a plus.

  • Minimum 8 years of relevant professional experience in HR, talent management, or organizational development.

  • Fluent in English and French.

  • Strong expertise in talent management, succession planning, and performance management.

  • Ability to work in a multicultural, international environment.

  • Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.

  • Results-oriented, with the ability to drive initiatives across multiple regions.

  • High integrity and professionalism.

Location
  • Lebanon, with potential regional travel across Africa, Middle East and Europe

Schedule
  • Monday to Friday | Flexible standard working hours
