Job Description

Our partner is an international lighting manufacturing company headquartered in the USA with operations spanning globally. The Lebanon office, based in Roumieh, is a vital part of their operations, and they are seeking an Executive Assistant to support their CEO in delivering strategic objectives.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

 

  • Administrative Support: Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements across multiple time zones.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, handling correspondence with professionalism and discretion.
  • Meeting Management: Prepare agendas, take minutes, and ensure follow-up actions for meetings.
  • Project Assistance: Assist with special projects, research, and preparation of reports or presentations as required by the CEO.
  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and maintain the highest standards of discretion.
  • Office Coordination: Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless office operations aligned with the CEO’s objectives.
  • Problem-Solving: Anticipate challenges and proactively identify solutions to streamline processes and support decision-making.

 

Qualifications and Skills

 

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting C-level executives.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (French and/or Arabic are a plus).
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other productivity tools.
  • A professional demeanor and ability to manage high-pressure situations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and cultural awareness, with the ability to work in a global environment.
