An international architecture firm, with innovative design and projects around the globe is looking to hire a Senior Technical Manager – Architect with 8-10 years of experience, with regional or international exposure.
A strong background in designing and implementing scalable, secure, and high-performance technical solutions is necessary. As a Technical Architect, you will play a key role in shaping the technology strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and providing technical leadership to the development teams.
Tasks and responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design process, ensuring that solutions align with business goals and technical requirements.
- Oversee the creation of architectural diagrams, blueprints, and documentation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Manage and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
- Develop project plans, allocate resources, and ensure timely delivery
- Monitor project progress and address issues to keep projects on track

- Lead the design and development of scalable and robust technical solutions that meet business requirements
- Evaluate new and emerging technologies, providing recommendations for adoption based on business value and technical feasibility
- Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to architectural standards, coding best practices, and security guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, system engineers, and project managers, to ensure successful project delivery.
- Create and maintain comprehensive architecture documentation, including system blueprints, design specifications, and technical diagrams.
- Identify and address performance bottlenecks, ensuring the scalability and efficiency of technical solutions.
- Implement and enforce security and compliance standards in all architectural decisions and technical solutions.
- Identify potential risks and challenges in projects and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure that projects adhere to security and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business leaders, developers, and other stakeholders
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Facilitate communication within the technical team to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Implement and enforce quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions
- Conduct regular reviews and audits to identify areas for improvement.
- Evaluate and manage relationships with external vendors, contractors, and service providers.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
- 8-10 years of experience in the field of architecture and technology.
- Previous experience in a leadership or management role, demonstrating the ability to lead and manage technical teams.
- Deep understanding of architectural design principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in relevant technologies, frameworks, and tools used in the industry.
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms, enterprise architecture, and security standards.
- Proven experience in managing and delivering complex technical projects.
