Our Story

Founded in 2003 by Tina Badran Kfoury in Lebanon, Business Lobby quickly established itself as a pioneering Talent Management Consultancy. Recognizing the challenges faced by employers and job-seekers, Tina's innovative approach propelled the company to the forefront of the global market, with a growing team of consultants across borders.

In 2020, Tina's exceptional leadership earned her the title of Recruitment CEO of the Year at the Global Banking and Finance Awards. Building on this success, Business Lobby joined the Global Executive Search Network in 2021, expanding its reach and enhancing its ability to serve diverse industries and candidates worldwide.

Celebrating its 22nd anniversary in 2025, Business Lobby remains committed to improving hiring processes, boasting a vast database of over 600,000 members and a portfolio of loyal clients. Humble Beginnings:

Established our offices in Lebanon, with a very small team of two people working from a modest office in the center of Beirut.

Expanding The Reach

As the Arab world is vast, we expanded by establishing hubs across the region. At a time when face-to-face interactions were still crucial, we partnered with local experts to ensure our partners had reliable support on the ground whenever needed.

First Makor Achievements

We expanded by opening a new office, growing our team to 5 employees, and establishing hubs in Africa. We also launched our first website and achieved a major milestone by successfully recruiting 62 people in a single day for the Al Tayer Company in the UAE.

We began conducting workshops covering a wide range of topics to further engage and support our clients and candidates.

Global Expansion

We established a global presence, expanding our reach to more than 15 countries.

CSR Commitment

Awarded Golden Honor for the Recruitment category at the Web Awards 2012. As part of our CSR efforts, we successfully helped the IFRC relocate their Geneva offices to Lebanon by establishing the entire human infrastructure for their new office.

We launched our second website and transitioned from an in-house desktop recruitment system to a cloud-based solution, significantly elevating our recruitment process by increasing efficiency, scalability, and accessibility.

Pioneering New Sectors & Trends

In times of crisis, we became the only recruitment company in the region fully operational and catering to both the e-commerce and healthcare sectors; providing specialized support to these industries. We also pioneered webinars, successfully hosting dozens of them and setting trends ahead of their time.

Major Recruitment Achievements

CEO Tina Badran Kfoury was named Recruitment CEO of The Year 2020.We also proudly recruited 31 candidates in a single day for PMI, establishing their IQOS presence in Lebanon.

Joining Global Networks & Outsourcing

We became the only recruitment agency in the region to join the Global Executive Search worldwide network of independent executive search firms. We also launched our outsourcing services, with the United Nations as our first client. This milestone was followed by an outsourcing deal with Total Energies in Lebanon, as well as the outsourcing of COVID-19 and vaccine mobile clinics.

Business Lobby Turns 20

We celebrated 20 years of success, with consultants now located all over the globe. To accommodate our continued expansion, we opened a new office, and we secured an outsourcing contract with Total Energies exclusively recruiting for Bloc 9.

Innovating The Recruitment Process

We further improved our recruitment infrastructure by integrating our CRM systems with AI, providing companies with a dedicated platform to manage their interviews. Additionally, we launched an interactive client portal to streamline the recruitment process in real time.
