A Bakery Manufacturing Company located in Naccache, is currently hiring a Sales Manager:
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed performance expectations.
- Devise and execute strategic sales plans to optimize profits and turnover.
- Identify target markets and customer segments, tailoring strategies to effectively address their needs.
- Analyse sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to refine strategies and seize opportunities.
- Implement sales forecasting and pipeline management to ensure consistent sales growth.
- Foster strong relationships with key clients and partners, addressing concerns and enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Continuously assess the effectiveness of sales strategies and make necessary adjustments for improvement
