A leading F&B company located in Beirut is looking for an HR Generalist.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
- Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews
- Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
- Handling conflict resolution, employee communication, legal compliance, performance management, and policy development in accordance with Lebanese labor laws.
- Handle Payroll
Education and Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or relevant field.
- Master’s degree is a plus
- 4+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment and employee relations.
- In-depth knowledge of Lebanese labor laws and regulations.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
