An international architecture firm, specialized in residential, hospitality and commercial projects around the globe, is looking to hire a BIM Manager with a minimum of 7 years of experience in large scale projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
- 7 years of experience in large scale projects, preferably with GCC exposure
- Track record of delivery of BIM for a Lead Design Consultancy
- Ability to assist and lead BIM implementations and BIM standards
- Experience in training staff
- Keen and enthusiastic about design
- Leadership qualities with client facing experience
- ISO19650 accredited
- Adaptable to changing construction technologies and ability to implement new workflows.
- Can approach instigation of technology changes with a correct, patient technique.
- Able to work in a local and international team easily
- Good flexible character, Team spirit work, design oriented
- English language is a must, and having presentation skills is an added value
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong and effective communication and negotiation skills (writing & verbal)

Location
Beirut, Lebanon
Possibility of traveling on project basis, for a short period of time.
