An international architecture firm, specialized in residential, hospitality and commercial projects around the globe, is looking to hire a BIM Coordinator with a minimum of 4 years of experience in large scale projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
- 4 years of experience, preferably in large scale projects. GCC exposure is an advantage.
- Experience in a Lead Design Consultancy.
- Keen interest in Architectural Design and Technology
- Strong coordination and digital modelling skills
- QA/QC and Best Practice knowledge and implementation knowledge.
- Preferably ISO19650 accredited.
- Able to be client facing, with strong negotiation skills.
- Approachable and knowledgeable, willing to share and spread Best Practice knowledge throughout the design tea.
- Adaptable and keen on new technologies and workflows
- Able to work under pressure and handle multiple projects.
- Ability to play a part in a team environment
- English language is a must, and having presentation skills is an added value
- Good flexible character, design oriented
- Able to work in a local and international team easily

Monday to Friday
8:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Location
Beirut, Lebanon
Possibility of traveling on project basis, for a short period of time.
