An Oil and Gas company is seeking to hire a Business Development specializing in Chemical Engineering within the Oil and Gas industry for Lebanon:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, with a focus on establishing and nurturing relationships within the industry to drive growth and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
1-Market Research and Analysis:
• Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and competitive landscape within the Chemicals Engineer Services sector of the Oil and Gas industry.
• Analyze market data to develop targeted strategies for business expansion and growth.
2-Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and relationship building.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with technical teams to develop customized solutions that meet client requirements.
3- Proposal Development and Negotiation:
• Prepare and present proposals, bids, and quotations to potential clients, ensuring alignment with their needs and objectives.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to secure profitable agreements while maximizing value for both the company and the client.
4-Strategic Planning and Business Growth:
• Work closely with the Business Development Manager and other stakeholders to develop and implement strategic business plans aimed at achieving revenue targets and market expansion.
• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and alliances to support company growth objectives.
5-Market Awareness and Industry Engagement:
• Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies related to Chemical Engineer Services in the Oil and Gas sector.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and forums to enhance visibility and foster relationships with key stakeholders.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineer, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within the Oil and Gas industry, with a focus on Chemical Engineer Services.
• Strong understanding of the Oil and Gas sector, including industry dynamics, market trends, and key players.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
• Results-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Fluency in English and Arabic, both written and verbal.
Salary: USD 1500 – USD 2000
This position requires monthly travel to Iraq. All travel expenses will be covered by the company.
