A distinguished furnishing solutions company located in Lebanon is looking for a Technical Interior Designer.

It offers a wide range of furnishing solutions, including imported and in-house furniture, lighting, accessories, and large-scale joinery and furniture factories. It continues to expand, adapting to market demands while maintaining its responsibilities towards employees, society, and the environment.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Interior Design Tasks:
- Work on detailed 2D technical drawings that will be sent directly to the factory and applied.
- Create floor plans, elevation drawings, sections, and detailed construction drawings.
- Select and specify materials, finishes, fixtures, and fittings suitable for interior spaces.
- Ensure materials meet design requirements, standards, and budget constraints.
- Prepare accurate and detailed documentation for construction or fabrication purposes.
- Include dimensions, annotations, and specifications for contractors and fabricators.
Project Coordinating Tasks:
- Support the Technical manager and unit staff in planning the job requirements and mainly the resource requirements.
- Coordinates with the concerned departments to insure that all information is aligned
- Support the Technical manager in maintaining accurate reports on the projects workflow.
- Maintain and update all the production records and other project documents.
- Ensures that all the office supply must be kept stocked.
- Hold and attend the meeting for the exchange of information regarding the concerned project or any issue.
- Organize the project files properly.
- Develop a flow chart / plan listing down all the necessary components of the project.
- Ensure project is compliant with quality standards set.
- Ensure successful and timely completion of the project.
- Effectively communicate with the concerned department at each stage of the project lifecycle.
- Post project completion, take feedback from the client and the subordinates. Feedback must be analyzed in detail and should be applied for future projects.
Education and Requirements
- Bachelor or technical degree in Interior Design
- Knowledge of Project Management
- MS Office applications
- 3-5 years of experience
- Advanced skills in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software for creating detailed 2D drawings.
